False Spring
Fashion Product Collection (2025)‘False Spring’ is a fashion product collection inspired by Virginia Woolf’s The Death of the Moth, in which the fragility of the moth becomes a metaphor for mortality and the tension between life and inevitable passing. Within this project, the moth emerges as a symbolic figure suspended between endurance and disappearance. Through research into how grief and mourning are preserved, performed, and ritualized across cultures, the collection examines the emotional structures surrounding loss and remembrance. It particularly focuses on moments when nature appears to contradict grief through renewal, bloom, and transition.
